Great value in a fully mature Grand Cru Champagne. Bruised apple, lemon drop, hazelnut, acacia and brioche all vie for attention. Well balanced and very long on the palate. Medium full in style and a beautiful bit of salinity on the finish. Great food wine (I had with roast chicken).
