A little bit of that buttery brioche that you’d expect in most of Burgundy, but with a minerality that is off the charts. Fruits are pear and stone fruit, but sit sort of behind the limestone and oak. Not too hot, even at 13.5% ABV. Really crisp. I bet with some age this will be fantastic at the price.
