Not great but interesting to try.

I like this not because it's necessarily good but because it's interesting. Has a waxy texture like semillon but way more jagged.

Texsom: Pinot lineage

Shared forebear of Pinot and Chardonnay both. Toasty, leesy, plenty of acid still going.

There's a reason why this grape is uncommon now. #gouais
