More homework...
This wine is smoking good! It's Burgundian counter part has to be Bonnes Mares from an equally good vintage. Very impressed with its umami qualities, fragrant aromas, spicy palate, tannin structure is firm, fine. Well balanced. Its imperfections kept at an attractive minimum.
2.5cm ullage
Abv. not listed per the era. I'd say 13.5%
30min aeration (temp also warmed) helped the wine gain weight, viscosity, savory richness.

Lovely wine that still delivers after many years of storage. The nose was not great but big burgundian taste and lots of complexity on the pallete.
