Obvious asparagus and grassy, a mellow Sauvignon Blanc. Less acidity than expected from Adelaide Hills - still crisp and clever.

I've gone off Sav Blanc recently, but this is nice. A lot more restrained than a lot of the (admittedly Marlborough) Sav Blancs I've tried recently. Nice on a hot day. Grassy
