Green apple, green pear, tangerine, lemon, medium plus acidity, very young but very good now. Grand cru American Chablis.

Rounding out a bit but still with the bright acidity, slightly gravely texture, minerals, and lime.

In Amsterdam for Kyle’s 40th. Although label say 750ml it is a 1.5L. Awesome citrus fruits well balanced and a bit young.

Excellent gold color with lovely aromas of lemon curd, apples, and vanillin. Lovely acid balance and long smooth aftertaste.

Clear gold color with lemon cream nose. In the mouth rich smooth lemon curd flavors with awesome smooth acidity. Lingering aftertaste and drinking beautifully now.

This is really pretty and I feel bad for opening it so young but wanted an American offering for the 4th. Felt a little sort of sweet from the oak which, based on drinking older vintages, will be well integrated in a few years.
