Lemon custard. Nice acidity and an elegant mid palate. Can’t wait to try again later.

So good with tonight’s scallops. No better pairing with the crisp, citrus of the wine.

I always felt that Ceritas Porter Bass Vineyard Chardonnay was my favorite, but this Heintz is thrilling. Crisp minerality and citrus. Beautiful pairing with my seared scallops.

Lots of yum. #ipob! @Ceritas Wines keeps on doing great stuff. Had to try this now and glad more is in the cellar. White peach, slight flintiness good acidity, some weight, changing by the minute.
