Opened 3hrs before drinking, slow ox, first thought was VA, alot of VA. Slowly came back from the dead. Envolved nice with air and was really fine at the end with decanter and big glasses, last glass was the best.
Lot of toasted Wood, tar, soy, muschrooms and black Olivers. Typically matured nebbiolo from a warmer vintage and drenched in oak. Had higher hopes though. 🍕🇮🇹
