Very floral, bright and expressive Sangiovese. Diego didn't make Brunello in 09, so this has all the fruit from the small estate. Tannins intensify with a little air, but it's very lithe and delicious. Not a powerful wine, but very good.

A light but lovely Rosso from a noted Tuscan producer. Touch of brown on the rim, soft red fruit on the nose and long smooth palate with surprisingly long finish. Not for the long term, but very nice, soft wine for right now, especially for what it is.
