Like it’s name, centered, it is right in the middle of what you expect from a cab. Smooth light flavor with a tangy tannin finish.

Jul 10th, 2018This was a nice wine. Not as good as the 2014 vintage I had 2 years ago but still very solid. I'd put it up against most wines in the $50 range. Drinks every bit of the $30 price tag.

Jul 10th, 2018Strong notes of cherry on the nose...totally over did it with alcohol....rough finish but does start to open up a bit...not one that I will be buying again.

They told me at the store this was as good as the Caymus Cabernet but half the price. Very close. The Caymus may be slightly better but this is a good wine and an excellent value.

Really enjoyed this one. Didn’t pair it with food, just made house decorating significantly more enjoyable.
