Light color, light body, nice acid, cherry/strawberry fruit roll-up, chalky minerality and floral notes. Really subtle, and really fun. Love the around 11% ABV.

果実味は薄く、微かにフランボワーズやチェリー的なニュアンスがあるくらい。その代わりと言ってはなんだが、硬質なミネラルが全体を纏う。
黒いグラスで飲んだら、白ワインと答えてしまいそうなくらい。
ミネラルを飲む赤ワインと言った感じ。
