I once had an amazing mondeuse in an Edinburgh natural wine bar so I remain intrigued. A mild aroma of grape, earth, with a touch of sweetness. This tastes very pure - red berry fruit with enough acid and tannin to keep it fresh and interesting. Light (10% abv) and dry. Not the most complex wine but seems a good example of the grape without blending or manipulation.
