Celliers Des Cray

André Dezat et Fils

Les Celliers St-Romble Sancerre Pinot Noir 2018

I love this wine. Light, airy, some brightness. — 10 days ago

Domaine Jaulin-Plaisantin

Le Petit Cray Montlouis Chenin Blanc

Nice value. Really nice, with fair amount of difference between nose, initial palate, and finish to a degree that teeters between really interesting and slightly discordant. — 4 months ago

Castello di Volpaia

Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend 2016

I think it deserves the higher score (at least on Delectable) because with air it really stretches out into a medium bodied, gracious beauty. Black fruited, rose petals, some wet leaves, & just overall lovely, smooth mouthfeel. Oh, and about 17$. That’s cray cray. — 2 years ago

Celliers Reine Margot

Chateau Les Masseries Bergerac Red Blend 2016

Vermelho terroso não muito vibrante, e bom corpo. O aroma não é aberto, mas é bom e amadeirado. Tem uma acidez equilibrada, e não se sente os taninos. É um bom vinho. — 3 months ago

Black Sage Vineyard

Okanagan Valley Cabernet Franc 2017

A ripe example which may actually be to its detriment for those who enjoy a little more cray cray in their Cabernet Franc. That said, with its balanced red and black fruit and cocoa-y character, this wine could easily be described as elegant. It actually reminded me of the fad a few years back around "chocolate ports". Anyway, there is certainly quality here and much like any and all wines that derive from the Sumac Ridge heritage, this would definitely be a crowd pleaser. — a year ago
