It’s Rosé season and how groovy does this one look from France! Les Dauphins is a winery in the Cotes du Rhône region in France and is made of 75% Grenache, 15% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.
It’s a brilliant pinky peach colour on the eye. Delicate notes of grapefruit, fresh herbs and lychee dominate the fragrance for me. In the mouth it’s incredibly refreshing with a crisp, clean finish.
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes

Sep 15th, 2019👁 Clear salmon pink
👃🏻 Red berries, strawberries, germanium.
👅 Juicy and oh so soft, hints of grapefruit pith. 2014 vintage is already losing acidity.
✍🏻 Seriously impressed for $11.99.
