The nose is made of ripe cherry juice, some raspberries notes, a note of almond, and tiny bit of heat. The palate is wonderfully made, there is a great acid drive, a nice cherry note all along and a tiny minty touch, some width, a very lively mouthfeel that develops into some some rough tannins in the rear, with a good drying effect, before a rather long fruity finish and that drying layer that continues until the very end. I like this! 100% organic Sangiovese. Good stuff.
