85% Garnacha, 15 % Syrah. Maceration carbonique? Light color, ripe raspberries. Very nice.

Soft and perfectly balanced with a hint of prickly pepper, unripe cherry fruit, some brambly notes, sous bois, a bit of oaky sting. Nevertheless this wine is silky and sensuous on the palate. Could probably stand to open up longer or be cellared, but I had this as part of a tasting menu!
