I bought this wine at FranksWine in Wilmington Delaware. After a
weekend of instore tastings. On Pat's recommendation. Drank with Zack in Baltimore/Inner Harbor at his loft apartment which used to be an old tin factory. Beautiful old wood, exposed brick and large windows, with big plants. Beautiful thunderstorm going on around us. Caught up about life and work, and friends and family. We ate couscous and vegetables with chicken. Used a little bit of Güner in the dish. The wine was refreshing, with pleasant tannins and acidity that went well with the dish and didn't feel forced. Not as cool on the palate like the GC, but the salsa was spicy too. It was an enjoyable wine but it didn't 'WOW'. Old world, and a bit rustic. It went with the food nicely, and was a good lubricant for the evening. ** Just learned that they are farmed Biodynamically, and first Demter certified vintage!
