It’s an ok Cava. Very light melon on the nose, strawberry on the palate, mildly persistent bubbles. It’s a solid Cava to make brunch mimosas with.

Bright, citrus, fruit. Some light toasted aroma. Just ok.

Oscar night! Why not pull out the bubbles!

Pale color. Muted nose. Crisp and clean, simple. Very simple.

What an awesome Cava! Chalky with touch of goat. Slightly citrus and grassy with a balance of floral and light fruit.

Great champagne!
