A muted nose with yellow fruits, flowers, and almost grains as in Belgian beers. Hard to describe. The palate is well done, there is a bit of yellow fruit all along but it's rather a strong acid backbone, a thick matter on the sides, a bit of a grip and a long tangy finish, so tangy that's it's almost leaning toward acid. It would have been better with a plate of raw milk cheese.

Fruta madura, barrica bien integrada, tostados agradables, casi mineral, fondo con ligera evolución muy agradable, casi salino/ yodado. Perfecto con marisco y pescado. Muy bueno en su segundo año.
