One of my favorite cuvée’s from Bouchard. First time trying 2015. Shows serious power and intensity. Rich orchard fruit, gun smoke, baking spice, damp earth and perfumed citrus oils explode from the glass and on the palate. Gains volume and focus in the decanter and there’s just enough acid in this vintage adding freshness and holding it all together rather than being overly prevalent in its youth. Such a singular, vinous Champagne and the perfect example of Bouchard’s style. Love these wines.

Little too ripe for me and an interesting pine aroma.
