Lots of apple at the beginning. Moderate acidity and it was a little syrupy without being sweet. The finish had an ever so slight olive taste, and I unfortunately hate olives. Went well with my Moroccan chicken.

2011 vintage, little Tuscan Bianco went well with the Pici and the roasted eggplant. Finish was most interesting part of the wine: finish started like a gewurztraminer, but then went really dirty.
