Dark fruit, tobacco, violets, charcuterie, black olives, and a hint of freshly-laid tar on the nose with black fruit and savory notes on the palate, which was both full-bodied but not heavy because of the lift of the medium plus acidity. Fabulous.

A savory bouquet with fine herbs barnyard dried floral notes very complex bouquet pot pourer very exotic. Red berry fruit with an array of that nuance from the nose dried floral notes and exotic spice and smooth silky texture. Finish 50+ most excellemt

This was a trip. Meaty and smoky and rhoney nose and attack... Then Washington fruit through the finish. Drinking now for sure. At least this bottle.

Nice plum and cocoa and bacon fat on the nose. Sustained dark fruit and layers of earth. This is going to improve a lot over the next few hours, but I doubt we have that kind of restraint. Perfect wine for celebrating Chris going through the change. Improving rapidly and rating is now up to 9.6. Saved some and after being open for an hour this is now a 9.7. Fucking spectacular.
