The 'new California' acolytes have yet to figure that the coupled vintage of '84 & '85 was what changed the ethos and style of California Cabernet Sauvignon.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Caymus home vineyard, east Rutherford. Still holding, decaying to that warm sun dried fruit - highly acidulated even thought it was picked way below 24brix.
