Oct 27th, 2025Easy drinking red. Juicy, peppery, black cherry, would go great with meat and cheese.
Does have a bit of oak but not too bad.

Late entry. 2021 vintage follows well on the 2018 vintage we had before.

Color of of purple with a bit gray tone on the rim, a bit bubbly. Nose of nice sweet dark fruits, blackberry and cherry, ripe grape and spice, a bit plum, and some strength of alcohol. Taste follows the nose with good acidity and grape jam, a bit zesty and mellow tannins. Then some more grape jam. Aftertaste shows a bit peppery and more bitterness. Interesting and unusual.
