I like this wine. It’s the most similar to the rose wine I used to drink in Paris. Light, easy to drink. Perfect for summer time or for a picnic at Central Park

This is good. Very good in fact but not oh....the price of the goodness. It is a friend who is there for you but who flakes early in the evening and wants to go home when you wanna have fun. It is wholesomely full of raspberries and peaches and a dose of balances acid. Actually compared to many grocery store buys this is the shit. But it just...does not interest me. It is toasty and yummy I can’t rate poorly but I can’t quittttte justify the price.

I don’t know why I don’t enjoy Rosé but I don’t. I try but I just don’t like them. It’s semi dry and very floral. That might be it, the floral taste. Just can’t get into it. 😕

All that is wrong with Provence Rose these days: soft, simple, over priced and boring.

Pale peachy pink. Fresh and clean starting with the nose with notes of guava, white peaches and white gravel. Medium acidity (5/10) and light bodied. Notes of guava on the palate with a touch of sweetness, citrus and minerality. Medium finish. Drink now. Would like to try younger vintages.

Fruity but dry. Nice tartness.

This brings a little complexity on the nose - strawberry, passionfruit, rose pedals, and limestone. Soft, fresh and juicy, with a stream of mineralogy down the tongue. Finished with a little acid and persistence, especially for rose. This is a classic Rhone blend with a little Vermentino in the mix.
