Pale yellow and still has a petrol, dill, and honeysuckle aromas. Slightly salty and buttery. Rich and velvety, but low in acidity.

It’s best served chill so that it gives you a very light crisp taste and floral scent. Pears with a hint of citrus! I enjoyed it while cooking chicken piccata. It paired well with dinner and would go great with Thai or even just as a desert with berries and Romanoff sauce! It was very soft and it could be a bit more robust, but t’was enjoyable ✨
