Medium weight, dry and acid forward, long, lingering finish. No noticeable oak, low ABV, built for washing down anything Mediterranean...anything that swims...anything scratching that garlic, olive oil, and citrus itch. Hay, tart citrus, olive, saline...godello is that true unicorn...white wine that can both swim all by itself and still play well with others.
