Nov 2nd, 2018Delicious--slightly funky & fun! Getting something like a cream lime quality from this that was bothering me trying to pin down, but overall getting cream/lactic citrus fruit notes (lime, apricot), pear, pineapple, floral. Really interesting, pleasant, and drinkable through & through!

A really crisp and acidic wine. But well balanced with soft summer fruits such as peaches and melons and citrus Very pleasant to drink on a warm evening. There is a slight effervesce that adds an extra dimension.
