Jan 2015 Altura wine club. This cava exhibits classic "champagne" flavors, showcasing a perfect balance of ripe, fresh fruits like Apple and apricot, citrus, and floral notes. There is also subtle anise and vanilla aromas. Creamy palate with balanced acidity and a log, fresh and fruity finish. A great compliment to crispy calamari with a yuzu aioli.
