A Nebbiolo to drink now while waiting for the Barolo and Barbaresco to settle. Drink now through 2023. They should be ready by then.

Strong alcoholic flavor. Needs to be decanted way in advance so once the alcohol wears off, somewhat enjoy its aromas and taste.

Rather bright and acidic. It’s a 2022, so I imagine it could use more time. We tried this at a tasting and enjoyed that bottle, but it seems this one needs more time to integrate.

Was excited to try this 21 langhe Nebbiolo from marchesi de Barolo. Not bad but doesn’t quite have the nice fruit, dried flower, and tannin/acid profile of other 21s I’ve had. Nice on the nose though.
