Cloudy beige gold. Tiny bubbles. Blousy nose of dried quince and mushroom. Palate like chewing dried quince and a Popsicle stick at the same time with some spice and flat menthol in the finish. Bites you back like a good wine from Le Sud-Ouest should. Verdict: delicious.

biodynamic no-SO2 vin mousseux sabered with a buck 112. makes me want to repeat "mauzac from gaillac" like a mantra and laugh at badgers.

Anyone know where I can get a bottle of this and a bad ass shellfish tower?

All the fun! Good pet Nat that gushes every time. Cidery, sweet and funky.

2010. Great. Fun. Yeah.

Quite lovely. Funky, cidery sparkling wine. Some serious minerality, herbal, off dry. Really lovely sipper and just great on its own.
