So different from mine, on the nose its lean and bell peppers.
Same on the mouth. Lean and hard. Dunno. Natural stuff-one mans pickles are....another mans pickles

Light, zippy, crisp. A gulper and a half

Loire valley character on a light bodied frame.

Au naturel. Cab franc from a master. Feral but clean. Awesome.

Fresh and acid

Pretty vin de soif: bretty, juicy, supple and crisp like an early spring breeze. Touch of bell pepper.

Cabmac cabfranc = crunchtown madness. So satisfying ❤️

Typical reduction when first opened, but I really liked it here. It was like drinking pure black olives - briny and sweet. Took a few hours, but the wine finally revealed its juicy red fruit core. Herbal, but not in any way green, especially in the context of the vintage and variety. Some intriguing tabacco notes. Light, refreshingly tart, and too easy to drink. This is good juice!
