A lovely Italian blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, petite Verdot, from Toscana. Well balanced, well crafted and elegant, coming from the great 2008 vintage.

This wine is just smooth and appealing, deep dark red almost black, complex deep nose of black current, spices, coffee, cherries, and blue berries. Lovely balanced full body, with soft tannins and great acidity. Finish is extremely long and keep persisting for 30 min when done. My score 89, drink to 2018 perhaps longer

Tons of life ahead of it. Decanted for a couple hours and it softened up nicely. Nice bottle.

My favorite of the Tuscan wines we brought home from our most recent trip to Italy. A complete delight, right out of the bottle.

Smooth and light tannins with current and coffee. Drinking nice now. Let it breath for a half an hour
