Vintage 2014 | Handpicked Macabeu and Xarel-lo, 65 months sur lattes. This Corpinnat is very refined with impressions of yeast in smell, minerality, razorsharp. Taste with lovely high acidity. Just beneath the price of Champagne but easily equal in quality. A small producer to look for. Good value. | paired with scrambled eggs at breakfast
