Just delicious. Complex and truly reminiscent of some top Bourgogne whites but with a bit less citrus or green fruit. Maybe the 10% chard in the blend contributes to that. Really developed after a half hour open.

Wow, that's some heavy duty oak and vanilla. Super plush mouthfeel, very very smooth and dense. Tails off into a complex Chardonnay-like flavor hodgepodge. Would never guess this was a bianco di merlot.
