Light chianti. It's typical: a cherry, leather, high acidity, but medium/soft tannins.

Feb 10th, 2021So, I'm still on my way to find a perfect chianti you can drink not being in Tuscany (but with Tuscany in a glass). And I think it's time to go back to Greve. :) But this one is quite good. It's from 2016. And still fresh and fruity. A cherry, a raspberry "blended" with an oak, a leather. With a short pepper finish.
