Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.

Strong nose of cooked cherries, raspberries, plums, violets, cedar, licorice, light vanilla, tobacco, milk chocolates, herbs and black pepper.

Full bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with raspberries, red cherries, spices, light oak, tobacco, plums, peppercorn, dark chocolates and light earth.

Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy pomegranates.

This is a tasty Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot based blend from Napa Valley. Rich and tangy.

Better after an hour of airtime, but good right out of the bottle too.

This 6 year old from Napa feels like a super Tuscan. Interesting stuff.

Showing nice complexity and will continue to drink nicely in the next 3 years.

A good food wine that I paired with a big burger and fries.

A blend of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Petite Verdot, 5% Malbec, 4% Sangiovese and 4% Pinot Noir. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels (40% new).

14.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.
