Delicious! would definitely appeal to some palates more at this stage of life.
I do lament the loss of some of its power though it has gained in other areas. Tannins are so fine and sit so softly that I worry about its lifespan. But after some consideration I think it is actually very well balanced. It will just be a very different creature in another 5 years time.
