Tannins are still medium heavy with at least another 5 years to hold this wine together. Drinking wonderful right now, though with long-length on the finish.

Proof that Robert Parker can be right. Still fresh and vibrant, remarkably complex w. brambly dark berry pie filling, cassis, sour cherry. Chewy, unctuous and dedinitely punching above its weight class.
