Barbera del Monferrato

. dark ruby on the core, slight rim variance. dried plum, black cherry, hint of earthiness of clay on the nose. Dominant dark plum fruit with soft tannin and medium plus acid on the palate. Deep, concentrated version of barbera that can stand up with food.

Medium plus to deep ruby with purple hue. Smoke, stewed green bell pepper, tomato paste, black currant, blueberry, violet. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium plus alcohol. Guess: Priorat
