Top Notes For
Simone Pizzi

This is a good entry level for this very interesting winery in Monferrato. The vines are grown organically and the wine is made with indigenous yeasts and natural fermentation.
In the glass, the wine shows a lovely deep dark ruby robe, typical seducing aromas from the terroir and a nice balance between strength and drinkability. A good pick for a good meal with friends and family.
