100% vespolina, when done right it makes for a perfectly expressive, unique and versatile wine all by itself. Shows dark notes on the nose and bright notes on the palate. In between there are all kinds of flowery spicy Alto Piemonte nuances. This is as fresh and refreshing as red wine gets.
