Well, I did expect more out of this bottle... but, unfortunately, it was on its last legs.. I belive it to be due more to improper handling and storage, because of Barolo's reputation to age well. Tawny like, nutty oxidized aromas, tar, decayed roses and decayed prunes, dried figs. The pallet surprisingly was still holding on, though in your secondary olfactory senses you can still get aromas in the back of your nasal cavity, it's is a battle on the pallet for dominance between fruit and oxidation. Color has become almost entirely brown with an orange rim.

May 22nd, 2016Nariz: cereza, ciruela, rosas, cuero
Boca: seco, Tanino M+, Acidez M+, Alcohol M+.
No tiene la complejidad de otros Barolos pero la puntuacion me parece que es los altos 80s.
