Funsu Langhe Nebbiolo

Brooding and moody - waves of unorganized and brash flavors ebb and flow. Roses, leather, prunes, violets, tar, dried figs, and dark chocolate. Decanted two hours, could use more. The fruit finally showed fifteen minutes into the third hour; all red and dried. Just DOC, but worth the mid $20s tag.

Leather, anise, diesel, sour cherry, herbs, molasses. Tightness and astringency. Mild but lingering acid.

Approachable and goes with most everything, including standing up by itself.

Made by a man with the best laugh in the business.

Caramel, allspice, wet tabacco,

ネッビオーロにしては、タンニンや鉄っぽさが穏やか。
塩っぽさまで感じるミネラル感と上質な酸。
果実味薄めな薄うまワインかと思えば、しっかり後味にはバルサミコ的な果実味も。
ついつい飲み過ぎる系。
