Nose of plum and cherries. Taste of dark cherries, leather and smoke. Hint of licorice. Dry finish.

A wonderful Cabernet with steak and sushi. Will find it in the states when we get home.

Pickings still slim in Cancun, but this Chilean cabernet stood out. Too astringent to quaff alone, it went nicely with spicy food, well made SA cab.
