Impressive nose of cherry kirsch, new leather and savoury baker’s spice.
Taste wise, layers of ripe strawberry and cherry with a touch of earthiness and stones. Brilliant mouth watering acidity with freshness. I could drink this every week.
We made our own dough and had duck, local B.C. Matsutake mushrooms and grilled onion pizza with this wine.
