Chianti Classico Sangiovese

It was a clear, deep tawny color and the smell was of clean raspberry, cranberry, and slightly detectable hint of leather. It tastes mostly of raspberry and leather like the smell and is moderately sweet and medium across all tasting categories. Pleasant to drink.

Floral and licorice on the nose. Strong legs. Notes of leather, black pepper, wood, and some raspberry. Dry. Low tannins and smooth

Sweet, smooth, dry, cherry

Earthy notes, very intense. Oaky, leathery smell with a raspberry flavor noted with hints of cloves and cinnamon. Surprisingly smooth finish.

Berry red this one is. It’s a cool, dry blackberry/cherry sort of taste. Just ok.

This is very different from other reds I have tried and I really like it. This is light-bodies and I am getting tart cherry and hints of tobacco.

Dry, notes of cherry, darker brown color! I love it!

It tastes like toasted, aged, red fruits. It’s pretty dry … and makes my tongue feel a little tingly.

Light bodied red, fruity aroma with notes of subtle cherry. Definitely not sweet, but not unbearably dry.
