Hands down, one of my favorite Chiantis! Low-very little acidity and nice fruity notes!

Good wine, strong alcoholic nose, leathery with mild acidity and good tannins. Notes of plum and cherry.

Considering the vintage on this, the wine was outstanding. Dry fruit, some spice, long finish. Excellent old world wine, very definitive. Had this with pizza, spiced chicken dip, chicken wings and other super bowl munchies. What a wine. I'd definitely buy this again.
