Aug 7th, 2017Bing cherries and cranberries, baked prunes, light violets, fennel, black earth. Nice acidity, I'd pair with fried pork chops, porchetta, maybe a fatty rib eye seasoned with black pepper and grilled over hardwood coals. Tasty and a great price.
