It didn't take long to open up and show a very well balanced wine. Unusual to see Petit Verdot from Italy but this was very good. Extraordinary tannins, fruit forward (big cherry/black currant) and earthy. Full-bodied. Great value.

A little soft but quite pleasant on the palette. Plum in color with hints of red and black fruits on the nose and a subtle jammy taste. I quite enjoyed this wine.
